Position Description:
The Residential Support Specialist will provide administrative support and coordinate all administrative activities throughout all areas of the Residential program.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an administrative assistant or comparable role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of general office and business practices.
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Zoom and other virtual platforms.
  • Must be knowledgeable of accessing and navigating electronic records systems.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, confidential work environment.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and work force.
  • Ability to Interact with staff with a service orientation.
  • Ability to stay organized while executing multiple projects.
  • Above average communication skills (verbal and written) and reading skills with an emphasis on grammar and punctuation.
Work Conditions:
  • Environment: Residential
  • Range of Schedule: 20 hours weekly, Flexible range Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Travel: Occasional, Local
  • Potential exposure to blood and body fluids
