Project Supervisor
Position: Project Supervisor
Classification: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX

Position Description:
The Project Supervisor will provide non-clinical family assessments, crisis intervention, family and volunteer recruitment, screening, training, and design and implementation of services with limited resources. The Project Supervisor will also develop a service delivery system that meets the changing needs of community partners and grant funders. This position is accountable to the Project Coordinator or Director, Clinical Services for overall administrative management and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or human services related field required.
- Must be certified in required curriculums or be able to attain such certification within the first year of employment. Employment is contingent on acquisition of minimal certification/licensure.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with caregivers of children, parents or families.
- Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work or human services related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Social Work / Clinical practices.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional, confidential work environment.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and work force.
- Ability to work flexible hours which vary according to client needs.
- Requires specific knowledge, experience, and creativity.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Work Conditions:
- Environment: Hybrid – Office, Community Settings
- Range of Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Travel: Local
