Position Description:
The Community Impact Analyst will provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the form of advanced analytics of data from internal and external sources as well as the development of community needs assessments to guide program development initiatives.

Position Description:
The Community Impact Analyst will provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the form of advanced analytics of data from internal and external sources as well as the development of community needs assessments to guide program development initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy reports and community needs assessments to inform program development initiatives.
- Design, develop and administer surveys, assessments, focus groups and interviews to gather information on topics related to program impact and efficacy.
- Prepare reports on agency performance, metrics, and demographic information.
- Respond to data requests from internal stakeholders.
- Perform data checks in internal and external databases.
- Support data management at the agency level.
- Create and edit electronic and paper forms.
- Provide training and technical assistance for evaluation staff.
- Master’s degree in social sciences or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience working in social service capacity/setting.
- Experience creating data visualizations.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records, Customer Relationship Management software or other web-based database.
- Knowledge of non-profit services and programs.
- Possess persuasive, clear, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
- Ability to understand and analyze large datasets and convey findings in an appropriate manner to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines.
- Environment: Hybrid, Office
- Range of Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Travel: Occasional
